Qaadir Williams - Tram Hoang - Human Resource DirectorManagerKevin Smith was born and raised in West Chester, Pa. He was both a graduate and hockey player for Elmira College in upstate NY. Smith double-majored in Business Management and Marketing. When he completed his studies, he knew he wanted to use the degrees he had worked so hard to obtain. After going through the daunting experience of job hunting, he finally found a position that fit his needs.
Right out of college, Kevin began working with a premier firm in Philadelphia, PA. After just a few months of employment, he helped that company expand by moving with the president to open a new location in Virginia. Smith played a huge role in developing that office from the five original team members to over forty within the first year. He knew at that point, he wanted to take the experience he had gained to open up his own company.
Smith started KCS Concepts in July of 2008. His company works with an established communications giant that was acquired based on his excellent track record. Smith’s goals now are to develop and train his team so they can hit and exceed their own career goals.
